Having a keto diet is having good cholesterol in your body. Furthermore, it helps in lowering the risks of heart disease and stroke. It also helps to lower blood pressure and you feel energized. This has a great impact on your heart health as well.

Many scientists think that having a keto diet helps in preventing you from cancer. Cancer cells use glucose to reproduce, when you are not having glucose, the levels are lower. Using ketones as energy forms helps to reduce the spreading of cancer cells.

People have a misconception that brain needs carbs to survive. But this is not true at all. Ketones provide lots of energy to the brain to function properly. Also, it helps in fighting Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s Disease, etc.
